Scholarship Award Application
Hanohano Keiki Program encourages the growth and success of their youth, ranging in ages 11 to 19. In addition, Hanohano has a scholarship program for area youth that are active in water sports. Two graduating seniors from local high schools are awarded scholarships each year for achieved success in and commitment to water sports.
Who should apply? Youth graduating and planning to attend a four-year college / university or two-year community college. Applicants must be a member of an outrigger club, water polo, swim, or dive team, or served as a junior lifeguard internship for at least two years.
Selection: Two youth will be selected annually.
Amount per scholarship: $250
Deadline: Submitted on or before May 3rd. Winners will be notified by email no later than May 5th.

Hanohano will send an e-mail to your coach or Junior Lifeguards supervisor James Murphy asking for a recommendation. Applications will not be considered until we have received a response/recommendation from your coach or Mr. Murphy
